Our Recreational ASN class provides a welcoming and inclusive space for children and teens aged 5 to 16 with additional support needs to discover the joy of gymnastics. In a calmer and quieter gym environment with specially trained coaches, we create a safe space for every participant to thrive.

This is a parent/carer-supported session, allowing you to work one-on-one with your child as they explore our equipment and develop strength, balance, and confidence at their own individual pace. The focus is always on fun and celebrating personal achievements in a pressure-free, supportive setting right here in Motherwell.
